Cancellation & Deposit Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to deposits paid for tours booked directly with Pro Morocco Tours.
Tours of 6 Days or More
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled tour start date.
Tours of 1–5 Days
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 20 days before the scheduled tour start date.
Cancellation Requests Must Be Made in Writing
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@promoroccotours.com . The cancellation date will be considered the date on which we receive your written cancellation request by email.
Late Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable when:
- A tour of 6 days or more is cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled tour start date.
- A tour of 1–5 days is cancelled less than 20 days before the scheduled tour start date.
Important Notes
- Cancellation periods are calculated from the scheduled first day of your tour.
- Telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media messages, or verbal requests are not considered formal cancellation requests. Cancellations must be submitted by email.
- Refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
