Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while allowing us to manage our guides, accommodation, and logistics responsibly. Please read the terms below carefully before booking.

Low & Medium Season
January, February, May, June, July, August
High Season
March, April, September, November, December

Tours of 5 Days or Less

3-day, 4-day, and 5-day itineraries

Low & Medium Season Deposit refundable if cancelled
7 days prior
High Season Deposit refundable if cancelled
15 days prior

Tours of 6 Days or More

6-day, 8-day, 9-day, and 10-day itineraries

Low & Medium Season Deposit refundable if cancelled
15 days prior
High Season Deposit refundable if cancelled
25 days prior

Important notes

Cancellations received after the deadlines above are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to booking@promoroccotours.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request. Where possible, we are always happy to discuss rescheduling as an alternative to cancellation.
